Our first original U-side dressing received many thankful letters from mothers country-wide saying
that their children finally ate their vegetables when they used U-side dressing.
This tasty dressing can be eaten with peace of mind and, above all, is made from ingredients
carefully selected by our producers and based on a blend finally perfected on the 71st attempt.
It has mild yet rich flavour, and can be used for salad dressings, as a sesame sauce, a “cold
Shabu-Shabu” sauce, or for other various kinds of dishes.
Our carefully selected ingredients include: Sei-Agri healthy eggs (only egg yolk), sesame seeds
from “Kuki”, cottonseed oil, cider vinegar, sugar, traditionally brewed soy sauce, etc.

原料にふた夏かけてじっくり発酵熟成させた丸大豆天然醸造醤油や、玄米を長時間かけて熟成させて作った純米くろす、綿実油等を使いました。油を控えめ(約7%)にし、又増粘剤を使わず大粒の完熟キウイをたっぷりと使っています。サラダ、から揚げのたれに、又和え物のかくし味等にお試しください。

The “naturally brewed (whole soy bean) soy sauce” we use is gradually fermented and matured over two summers, while our “pure black rice vinegar” is made from brown rice left to ferment over a long period of time. A moderate amount of oil is used, comprising approximately 7% of the dressing, and in addition to this, large fully ripened kiwi fruits are amply used in favour of artificial thickeners. Please try and use it for salad dressings, as fried chicken sauce, or as a seasoning for marinated vegetables, etc.
